Transfer Certificate Guidelines
What to include in the TC?
A valid Transfer Certificate must include the student’s full name, date of birth, admission and leaving dates, last class attended, promotion status to the next grade, and confirmation that all dues have been cleared. The certificate should be signed and stamped by the issuing school’s authorised signatory, and where applicable, attested by the relevant education authority (such as KHDA in Dubai).
GCC & UAE Transfers
Transfers from Other Countries
For students joining from schools outside the GCC, the Transfer Certificate must be attested by the relevant education ministry or embassy in the country of origin, followed by attestation from the UAE Embassy and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Academic records should also be translated into English or Arabic if issued in another language. Our admissions office can advise on the specific attestation requirements based on the student’s home country.
Existing Student Re-Registration
To guarantee a seat for the upcoming academic year, current students must re-register by paying a non-refundable deposit of 5% of the tuition fee by the specified deadline.
